Fireworks launched from a barge moored in the Burrard Inlet near Canada Place marked the end of the 2013 Canada Day celebrations in Vancouver.
The buildings of downtown Vancouver can be seen to the right of the fireworks, as well as the five 'sails’ on the roof of Canada Place. In the middle of the photo is the Lions Gate Bridge, with the dark area between the bridge and downtown being Stanley Park.
On the water to the left of the fireworks you can see light trails from some of the many boats watching the fireworks display.
This is a four-photograph panorama at 300mm taken from West Vancouver. From this location, the fireworks are just over 8 kilometres away.
